BAE Scientia College proudly hosted the Grade 3 Mechanical Inventions Showcase on 18th March 2025, right here at the school premises. This vibrant event was a true celebration of creativity, critical thinking, and hands-on learning, highlighting the innovative spirit of our youngest learners.

As part of their subject-based learning modules, Grade 3 students were encouraged to explore the fascinating world of mechanics and engineering. Over the past few weeks, these budding inventors put their imagination and knowledge into action by designing and building their very own mechanical models. Using everyday materials like cardboard, rubber bands, pulleys, and gears, they brought their creative ideas to life — from simple machines to working models that showcased real-world applications.

The grade 3 clasroom was buzzing with excitement as parents, teachers, and fellow students visited the exhibit. Each student proudly presented their invention, explained how it worked, and talked about the concepts they used, such as force, motion, levers, and energy. The models ranged from mini windmills and elevators to catapults, conveyor belts, and even robotic arms — all designed with impressive creativity and technical understanding for their age group.

Not only did the event provide an opportunity for students to apply classroom knowledge in a practical way, but it also helped build confidence, teamwork, and presentation skills. The showcase was a testament to our commitment to STEM education from an early age, encouraging students to think like engineers and inventors.

A big congratulations to our young inventors for their hard work and enthusiasm! Special thanks to the teachers and parents who supported and guided them throughout the process. We look forward to seeing where their imagination takes them next!
